ALBANIAN CULTURE AND ART IS THE MOST CONCEPTUAL AND THE MOST DELICATE PASSPORT OF OUR NATIONAL IDENTITY

The omnipotence and vitality of the art and culture is without any doubts one of the most essential symbols of a nation’s vitality.  In my opinion, Albanian art and culture is the finest, the most conceptual and the most delicate passport of our national identity.  In this authentic truth I have firmly searched and found out the plausible reason that has always prompted me to constantly and unconditionally concentrate my citizen’s energies and ambitions on modest efforts at the good of my country. 

During the research period for the opening of this museum I found out that “Art Collecting is the most attractive and authoritative way of collectionism, it is that feeling you can live the art only by possessing it.  We are speaking about a self-abnegation demand of personality through an ongoing process in the materialization of artistic values”.  
Just a Museum can, playing the role of a collectionist, be able to create and give voice to the real value of the artwork, as he is the only knowing its provenance and the real estimation of the artist. 
It does exist a plenty of objective and subjective, general or individual, real or hypothetical factors that urge someone collectionizes art.  The most evident above all are the historical tradition, the cultural and socio-economical development, the curiosity, the knowledge, early tendencies, the prestige, the will, the ability of discovering artworks owning real artistic values, wreathed between them toward progressive and contemporary artistic interest. 

Artworks collectionizing is a kind of ongoing organizing, destined to improve the artistic aspect and economical valuation of the artwork progressively.
We are of the opinion that, as an Institution, we have been and we still are very careful and well informed on the qualities of the artworks we posses, paying all the necessary attention and professionalism to the objective indicators of successful artworks selection that are worthy exponents and important authentication evidences of Albanian culture.
